Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Items marked as final sale

3. Return Process

  • Initiate Return: Contact our support team at support@americanprintmart.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

5. Exchanges

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@americanprintmart.com for further assistance.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check Your Account: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Contact Your Bank: Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
